Diversity social environment

There are some problems for lack of diversity and inclusion, especially how to immerse autistics in work-life, relevant research studies point out that not all people with autism are the same. Unfortunately, there is an irrelevant education system in our country that focuses on a specific goal in a short and limited period of time using the same way and methodology for all students but without understanding that there are many ways to get successful results.
